Our Leadership

Our firm is co-founded by two partners CA Prajakta Joshi and CA Amit Shende with diverse yet complementary skill sets, allowing us to serve a wide spectrum of client needs with precision and professionalism.

One of our founding partners, Prajakta is a dynamic and accomplished Chartered Accountant, who brings over a decade of experience in Statutory Audits and Direct Taxation. Having previously worked with a reputed audit firm Kalyaniwala and Mistry in Pune and the renowned tax reporting platform Taxsutra, she offers a rare blend of technical excellence and strategic insight. She currently heads the firm’s Statutory Audit, Personal Taxation, and Human Capital Practice, ensuring the highest standards of compliance, advisory, and talent management.

With a strong foundation in audit and taxation,
Amit is a respected Chartered Accountant with over a decade of experience, including a distinguished tenure at Ernst & Young (EY), one of the Big Four firms. During his time at EY, he worked extensively with listed companies across diverse sectors such as pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and renewable energy, handling complex audits, cross-border structuring, and strategic tax matters.

At SJA, he leads the Consulting, Real Estate, and Private Client Practice, advising high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and corporates on structuring, compliance, estate planning, and cross-border tax considerations. His strategic perspective, coupled with a strong compliance foundation, ensures that clients receive solutions that are both innovative and regulation-friendly.
